Responsible AI Policy

Last Updated: July 06, 2026

1. Core Commitment to Ethical AI

At Artisiti, we believe that artificial intelligence (AI) is a powerful tool to drive operational excellence, but it must be developed, integrated, and maintained in a responsible, transparent, and ethical manner.

This Responsible AI Policy defines the rules, engineering principles, and deployment controls that guide our agency when building AI chatbots, database synchronizations, and cognitive workflow automations for B2B enterprises.

2. Human-in-the-Loop & Oversight

We build cognitive agents designed to assist human operations rather than completely replace professional human judgment. Our systems are configured to:

  • Provide automated checks but flag edge-cases for human review
  • Design clear escalation pathways that reroute complex queries to live support reps
  • Ensure human validation for critical operations (including large financial transits, refund logs, or medical records updates)

3. Transparency Declarations

Honesty is key to trust. When deploying customer-facing AI chatbots, email responders, or voice assistants, we implement parameters that clearly declare to the customer that they are communicating with an automated system.

We do not configure systems designed to deceive users or impersonate human staff members. We advise B2B clients to maintain clear disclosure logs in their client interfaces.

4. Privacy & Data Containment

We safeguard corporate IP and customer privacy by maintaining strict boundaries. We guarantee:

DATA PRIVACY STANDARD: Confidential client files, custom prompt matrices, database entries, and operational records are never used to train public LLM models (such as public models operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta) unless explicitly authorized by the client in writing.

We configure secure API call endpoints that encrypt all transits and maintain single-tenant databases to completely contain data leaks.

5. Bias Mitigation & Fairness

AI models can inherit historical bias present in their training datasets. During our architecture phase, we audit raw data sources, write neutral prompt instructions, and setup system checks to identify and reduce biased outputs, promoting fairness across demographic groups.

6. Accuracy & Output Validation

Large Language Models operate probabilistically and can make logical errors. While we design custom validators to parse replies:

  • Outputs can contain inaccuracies or errors based on API changes or input contexts.
  • B2B clients have the ultimate duty to review and verify AI-generated copy, invoices, or scheduler details before relying on them for critical operations.

7. Secure Model Architectures

We protect AI systems from external exploitation:

  • We implement prompt injection guards to prevent users from altering system guidelines.
  • We enforce strict input validation to block SQL injections or code breaches.
  • We audit API logs regularly to monitor request volumes and prevent denial-of-service (DoS) attempts on your AI backends.

8. Continuous Improvement & Audit

Responsible AI requires ongoing monitoring. We set up active telemetry logging systems to track model performance, verify response ratings, identify latency bottlenecks, and continuously update prompt parameters to maintain reliability.

9. Client Operational Decisions

While we consult and construct your AI infrastructure, the B2B client remains the sole decision-maker for their business policies. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their automated logic (such as customer refunds, lead scores, or pricing alerts) aligns with their general business policies and consumer protection regulations.

10. Prohibited Ethical Violations

Artisiti will not build, configure, or support AI systems designed for:

  • Disinformation campaigns or automated political propaganda
  • Illegal surveillance or unauthorized personal data collection
  • Predatory pricing, credit denial bias, or financial exploitation
  • Generating harmful, adult, or discriminatory content
  • Circumventing copyright protections or system licensing restrictions

11. Regulatory Compliance

We build in accordance with evolving international AI standards (including the EU AI Act, US Executive Orders on AI, and Indian IT guidelines on automated algorithms). We ensure that your data structures are clean, auditable, and modular to adapt to changing rules.
