Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 06, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website (https://artisiti.in), requesting custom consultation quotes, or hiring us to configure your automation nodes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any clause inside this document, you must cease using our systems immediately.
2. About Artisiti
Artisiti operates as a professional B2B AI engineering and workflow automation agency. We consult, design, code, and deploy custom cognitive systems including:
- AI Chatbots and conversational agent training
- Multi-platform Workflow Automation (Zapier, Make.com setups)
- CRM Sync & Database Automation (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Business Process Autopilots (OCR document extractors, data syncs)
- AI Voice Assistants and conversational telephony nodes
- WhatsApp Business API automation setups
- AI Inbox Triage & Email drafting nodes
- Autopilot Calendar Schedulers
- Company AI Assistants (private LLM databases)
- Custom Cognitive Architectures and fine-tuning builds
3. Scope of Services
Every integration or cognitive build is custom-designed. The specific API calls, webhook configurations, data mapping layouts, and error handling behaviors are customized to client specifications and formal Statements of Work (SOW). Scope additions or modifications requested mid-build will be billed as adjustments to the initial quote.
4. Quotes & Pricing
Pricing configurations displayed on our website are baseline estimates subject to change. Standard procedures include:
- All proposals and quotes are customized based on software integrations and telemetry scale.
- Written quotes remain valid for a limited period, typically thirty (30) calendar days from receipt.
- Development operations commence only after both parties execute a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the client clears the required initial setup deposit.
5. Client Responsibilities
The reliability of any automation build depends on client cooperation. To deliver your systems, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete business process logs and database documentation.
- Provide required sandboxed credentials and API tokens to target software.
- Retain ownership, subscription fees, and admin controls of your third-party software accounts (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, Twilio, OpenAI) unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Review progress demos and provide feedback promptly to avoid project bottlenecks.
- Perform manual reviews on completed sandbox flows before approving production deployment.
6. Intellectual Property Split
Our B2B intellectual property allocations are clearly divided:
Artisiti Retains Ownership Of:
Internal frameworks, automation logic graphs, reusable code blocks, prompt engineering methodologies, template nodes, pre-built webhooks, and internal design documents.
Client Retains Ownership Of:
Corporate trademarks, customer records, database credentials, business files, copy briefs, and branding elements.
Ownership of custom deliverables (e.g. custom integrations built specifically for your DB schemas) transfers to you upon full payment clearance of all contracted milestones.
7. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Artificial Intelligence models (including LLMs) process inputs probabilistically. AI outputs may occasionally contain discrepancies, inaccuracies, or “hallucinations.” Artisiti is not liable for errors in business outputs generated by AI.
8. No Guarantees of Business Outcome
We build operational pipelines designed to eliminate manual data entry latency. However, you understand that Artisiti does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales growth, lead volume increments, search engine rankings, or direct advertising returns. Results depend on external market variables, client product quality, and sales staff operations.
9. Third Party Platform Limits
Our automations rely on APIs operated by third-party applications (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Make.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Twilio, and Meta).
Artisiti is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, API price adjustments, or term revisions enacted by these platforms. Downtime caused by third-party platform failures does not constitute a breach of our agreement.
10. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat all business details, database structures, and client strategies with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your operational parameters to any third party except where required by law, unless prior written consent is obtained.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Artisiti be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or a specific statement of work is strictly capped at the total fee value actually paid by the client to us for that specific milestone build.
12. Website & Sandbox Usage Rules
When utilizing our website or our simulator nodes, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our hosting accounts or server domains
- Reverse-engineer our proprietary frontend layouts or chatbot routing code
- Inject malicious scripts, SQL injections, or server viruses
- Deceive, spam, or overload our AI chat systems with automated traffic
- Use our assets to carry out illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory activities
13. Termination Procedures
Either party may terminate an active project engagement in accordance with the cancellation terms detailed inside the signed agreement. Upon termination, client access tokens will be revoked, and all completed development milestones remain payable.
14. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of this agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. International B2B clients agree that proceedings may be held online via secure video platforms.
